These brownies were deemed the best brownies by the judges on Top Chef Canada Season 8! Makes 12-16 rich, luxurious brownies, we know you'll make these again and again!

BBQ baking is the perfect way to end a summer meal by not having to turn on your indoor oven! After dinner is cooked, leave you BBQ on and instead of doing one pan of brownies, place them into 8-12 well greased muffin tins and follow the directions on the Field Guide to BBQ Baking located on our home page. These will bake up in about 18-25 minutes and be PERFECT with a big scoop of ice cream and fruits on top. Happy summer BBQ baking!
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), salt Ingrédients: Sucre, poudre de cacao, pépites de chocolat noir (chocolat sans sucre, sucre, beurre de cacao, lécithine de soya, extrait de vanille), Farine de blé dur rouge printemps du Québec non blanchie (Niacine, Fer réduit, Thiamine, Riboflavine, acide folique), sel.
- 2 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter (283.75g or 1 ¼ cups)
- 3 room temperature eggs 1 tsp of vanilla
