Maison Zoe Ford Scones au pain de banane
Un mélange parfait de pain à la banane et de scones feuilletés, c'est délicieux !
Vous aurez besoin de
1 bâton de beurre froid non salé
3/4 de tasse de babeurre froid
2-3 bananes de toute maturité
Ingrédients : Farine non blanchie de blé de force roux de printemps du Québec (Niacine, fer réduit, Thiamine, Riboflavine, Folate), sucre, sucre brun foncé, poudre à pâte (bicarbonate de sodium, amidon de maïs, phosphate monocalcique), bicarbonate de sodium, sel.

Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), sugar, dark brown sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt
- 1 stick of very cold unsalted butter (113.5 g or ½ cup) cut into ½ inch cubes
- ¾ cups plus 2 tbsp of heavy cream or ¾ cups buttermilk
- 1-2 bananas of any ripeness, in ½ inch slices,
- 3 tbsp of coarse or granulated sugar if desired
