Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt

I received my order of 3 packages only to find out it expires with in under 2 months. Not too happy about that.

I used a "Tuscan" flavored oil to dress the top. It gave the bread a more Mediterranean flavor. It was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try different flavors.

Poor baking instructions

I only had a 9 inch load pan which should have resulting in less baking time, but after checking 3 times, I had to extend baking time by 12 minutes. Unsure if this pan should have been an 8x8 baking pan and not a loaf pan. Taste is good like an extra fluffy biscuit.

We are so sorry to hear that it took a bit longer to bake! All ovens are different so it's entirely possible bake time do vary. But thrilled to hear it was good in the end!
