This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from zoeford.com (the “Website”).

Additionally, in the unlikely event that the entirety of our meal delivery business is sold, liquidated, merged, or transferred to a third party, we may transfer all Personal Information to the party purchasing or merging with us. We will endeavor, in good faith, to gain the third party's agreement and adherence to the terms of this Privacy Policy. In addition, we will notify users of any such transfer through notice on our Website and through email.

SecurityThe security of your Personal Information is important to us. Any sensitive information (such as your credit card number) that you enter on our registration or order forms will be encrypted. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children.  The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from any person under the age of 18, and if we do inadvertently collect information from a person under the age of 18, we delete it as soon as we discover it.
