You Will Need
For best results, place 2 tbsp and 3/4 cups of milk or milk alternative into a saucepan, mix and bring JUST to a light simmer. Stir well, pour into tea cups or small mugs and enjoy! This hot chocolate is very rich so a little goes a long way.

This is DELICIOUS. I have trouble attaining the pudding texture, and now decrease the milk volume by 1/2 cup. I add 2 egg yolks which should help thicken it up a bit. Next time I might even cut back another 1/4 cup of milk and still add 2 egg yolks. The taste is amazing, and anyone who tastes it, says is is comfort food at its best.
