Perfect for a fresh take on lemonade, to pour over ice cream or on your morning yoghurt!
We LOVE anything with rhubarb and it happened to be Zoe's favourite so we thought it would be fun to create something we could ship and share with you! We use the syrup in many ways from drizzling over fruit salad to pouring over french toast, perfect to add colour and tang to a cocktail or mocktail!
ZOE FORD's RHUBARB LEMONADE RECIPE
1 jar of rhubarb syrup
2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
6-8 cups of cold water (I like it a bit stronger so that melting ice makes it just perfect)
Lemon zest and sliced strawberries if desired OR 1 cup of vodka or gin and a splash of plain soda!
Blend all together in a large pitcher and serve in glasses full of ice. Make about 8 large glasses.
