Chef Jo has the fondest memories of going to visit her grandmother, Zoe, at her home in Montreal which she called "The Old Cookie Farm"- A magical place where baked goods abound and where the love was felt through food. There was always something special to taste and that's the inspiration for a lot of what we do. This sauce can be used on ice cream, pancakes, for dipping or for eating out of the jar!
**TO USE THE CARAMEL SIMPLY HEAT FOR A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME IN A MICROWAVE (10 SECONDS AT A TIME) UNTIL JUST MELTED OR PLACE THE JAR IN A BOWL OF VERY HOT WATER AND STIR UNTIL POURABLE. ONCE OPENED STORE IN THE FRIDGE FOR 6-8 WEEKS.
