Batons de chocolat : (Sucre, chocolat non sucré, graisse de cacao, lécithine de soja, vanilline)

Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt. Chocolate Batons (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa fat, soy lecithin, vanillin)

You Will Need
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter (113.5 g or ½ cup), chilled and cut into ½ inch cubes ¾ cup 
  • 2 tbsp cream or ¾ cup buttermilk 
  • Powdered sugar if desired
